A hero to the rescue!

I’ve been working with Jody for about a year now. Having previously worked with a website company that seemed to have an affinity for making you feel like a number, we began working with Jody. I’ve never experienced customer service like he offers. He’s always available, friendly, attentive and most importantly, quick with any updates, design changes or fixes that need to be done. His desire to customize your site to your needs is unmatched. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone who is looking for a great web designer with a personal attentiveness. He has far exceeded our expectations and quite frankly, has spoiled us!

I wanted a professional online presence and couldn’t quite seem to get there on my own. My website was rather embarrassing, and was not the image I wanted to portray to potential clients. The MTSU Poll website is aimed at news media professionals, an audience attracted by frequently updated content available on the go. Our old website looked great, but adding content was difficult, and mobile devices rendered it in unpredictable ways. Jody subtly enhanced our design while adding blog and Twitter functionality. He also gave us a way to update the site via an intuitive, Web-based interface, and he made the site look great on mobile screens. On top of all that, he added search engine optimization to make our site easier to find and site traffic logging through Google Analytics to give us our first real sense of who was stopping by. And he worked fast. He was showing us mock-ups within days and handing us the keys to the finished website just a few weeks later. The next time I need Web work done, I’ll be back.

I have worked with Jody at Websterville on at least three projects. He is fun to work with, does an amazing job, and makes me better at what I do by challenging me to clarity in my presentation. He is talented as a web designer and a businessman of integrity, a great combination.
