Working with Jody is so easy. He has the gift of taking our broad brush ideas and placing them on the screen in a way that wows!

I’ve been working with Jody for about a year now. Having previously worked with a website company that seemed to have an affinity for making you feel like a number, we began working with Jody. I’ve never experienced customer service like he offers. He’s always available, friendly, attentive and most importantly, quick with any updates, design changes or fixes that need to be done. The MTSU Poll website is aimed at news media professionals, an audience attracted by frequently updated content available on the go. Our old website looked great, but adding content was difficult, and mobile devices rendered it in unpredictable ways. Jody subtly enhanced our design while adding blog and Twitter functionality. He also gave us a way to update the site via an intuitive, Web-based interface, and he made the site look great on mobile screens. On top of all that, he added search engine optimization to make our site easier to find and site traffic logging through Google Analytics to give us our first real sense of who was stopping by. And he worked fast. He was showing us mock-ups within days and handing us the keys to the finished website just a few weeks later. The next time I need Web work done, I’ll be back.

I had a vision for my website and though I tried, I could never make it look, run and feel like I envisioned. Websterville Design took my old website and turned it into the functional blog I couldn’t achieve on my own, all without compromising the site’s original theme. Jody asked us what we wanted for our website. We told him, and then he gave us exactly what we asked for. Whenever we need changes, he’s quick to respond. One Sunday, we noticed that our site was down. I sent him an email, figuring he’d solve the problem sometime Monday. Instead, I had a response in minutes … and the site was back online! Jody is the best.

We came to Jody with a number of tasks and a relatively short amount of time in which we needed them completed; and we didn’t quite know where to begin. He was able to take the tasks, prioritize them, patiently walk us through the process, meet our deadline, and leave us with something better than we originally envisioned. To date, Jody has designed for us two brand logos, a website to highlight Zorro Bait Company as a manufacturer, a full product catalog, and a separate comprehensive e-commerce site. I am most impressed with the way he tackles a challenge. (You have one product with 200+ variations? Got you covered! You need an interactive, ever evolving map to locate local retailers? No problem! You need to set up multiple product pricing options depending on the customer? Done!) Even after those original tasks were completed, he continues to be easy to contact should a problem arise or a change be needed. We highly recommend Websterville Design.
