A hero to the rescue!

I wanted a professional online presence and couldn’t quite seem to get there on my own. My website was rather embarrassing, and was not the image I wanted to portray to potential clients. Quite simply, my business was expanding and my amateur, self-designed website made from a generic template was not keeping up with the demands and image of my growing business.

That’s where Jody Webster came in, took my vision and made it happen. He was lightning fast and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process, answering my questions, making any changes I requested, following through with all of my ideas with little direction from me needed, walking me through the process of updating and maintaining my site, and finally, delivering a professional final product that I am proud to have as a representation of my business.

The MTSU Poll website is aimed at news media professionals, an audience attracted by frequently updated content available on the go. Our old website looked great, but adding content was difficult, and mobile devices rendered it in unpredictable ways. Jody subtly enhanced our design while adding blog and Twitter functionality. He also gave us a way to update the site via an intuitive, Web-based interface, and he made the site look great on mobile screens. On top of all that, he added search engine optimization to make our site easier to find and site traffic logging through Google Analytics to give us our first real sense of who was stopping by. And he worked fast. He was showing us mock-ups within days and handing us the keys to the finished website just a few weeks later. The next time I need Web work done, I’ll be back.
