Jody asked us what we wanted for our website. We told him, and then he gave us exactly what we asked for. Whenever we need changes, he’s quick to respond. One Sunday, we noticed that our site was down. I sent him an email, figuring he’d solve the problem sometime Monday. Instead, I had a response in minutes … and the site was back online! The MTSU Poll website is aimed at news media professionals, an audience attracted by frequently updated content available on the go. Our old website looked great, but adding content was difficult, and mobile devices rendered it in unpredictable ways. Jody subtly enhanced our design while adding blog and Twitter functionality. He also gave us a way to update the site via an intuitive, Web-based interface, and he made the site look great on mobile screens. On top of all that, he added search engine optimization to make our site easier to find and site traffic logging through Google Analytics to give us our first real sense of who was stopping by. And he worked fast. He was showing us mock-ups within days and handing us the keys to the finished website just a few weeks later. The next time I need Web work done, I’ll be back.
